SHIPPING POLICY

Magaraa delivers to almost all important destinations across the globe covering 40 countries presently and hoping for an expansion in the near future. We have convenient paying options subject to the online payment terms and conditions.
 

Magaraa promises guaranteed delivery through trusted and reputed delivery partnerslike DHL, FedEx, UPS and Speed Post who facilitate tracking options for your orders placed at Magaraa.Despatch process will be initiated after verifying your payment confirmationand yourorders can be tracked after 24 hours of despatch. Magaraa thrives to deliver your ordered item at the earliest. However, your estimated time of delivery would be 3 to 5 business days depending upon the location. Please note that we shall not be  responsible for anyshipment delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
 

Please note the ordered item shall strictly be delivered only  to the address mentioned in your online order.
 

Acknowledge the delivered item with the delivery person to avoid any further complaints.
 

Please mention the name and address clearly as Magaraa shall not take responsibility of any delivery glitches due to erroneous address details.
 

Request for change of delivery addressshould be initiated within 24 hours of placing the online order and no requests shall be accepted and processed thereafter.
 

Delivery charges shall be waived off (free delivery) for domestic shipping (Pan India) and for products shipped outside India (International delivery)  delivery charge shall beincurred depending on the delivery location.Please note that the customer shall bear any additional costs incurred in association with the customs and taxationlaws of your country, as applicable at the time of delivery.

 

You would be unable to cancel your order after the dispatch process is initiated. Still, an order can be cancelled if a cancellation request is raised within 24 hours of order placement or if the order is in pre-despatch stage. However, the ordered item can be returned at the time of delivery subject to payment of return order fee by cash.
 

Ensure making reliable arrangements to receive the delivery at your end as the delivery person or Magaraa shall  notbe responsible for any delivery glitches if you were not the direct recipient. However, Magaraa shall take the sole responsibility of the ordered item for any damagedor lost consignments while the ordered item is in transit.
 

Magaraa’s standards of excellence is quality  customer service and customer satisfaction. Hence, we welcome any genuine complaints with regard to shipping and delivery and shall ensure necessary actions to  resolve the issues.

RETURN POLICY

Return, Exchange, Refund and  Cancellation Policies at Magaraa
 

Magaraa’s vision is to deliver what promised to customers and guarantee customer satisfaction. As one of our mission strategies we accept returns, cancellation and exchange and process refunds subject to certain terms and conditions.
 

  1. Online orders placed at Magaraa shall be accepted for cancellation within 24 hours from the date of orders placed  by our customers. No cancellation requests shall be accepted and processed thereafter as the dispatch process would be in progress after a 24 hours window.
     

  2. Customers should raise  cancellation requests online by filling out the cancellation request form available in our website and submit the same.
     

  3. You may return the product by raising a return request online stating a valid reason for the return subject to certain terms and conditions associated with that product. Please refer our terms and conditions policy for further information in this regard. Our customer care executives shall conduct a careful analysis and process the request duly intimating the status of the return request to customers. On approval of the return request you have to duly return the product at your own expenses via any mode such as postal or courier service at your convenience. Please note that damaged products and   tampered seal or tag shall not be taken for return.
     

  4. In case of domestic deliveries, please allow a window of at least 7 business days  to process your refund which can be initiated only after we receive the returned goods.
     

  5. It shall be noted that if the product was damaged on delivery then the shipping  charges of the returned products shall be reimbursed by adjusting the same in the refund amount, on mailing the snapshots of the damaged product through email.
     

  6. Your refund amount shall be directly credited to your account.
     

  7. Delays or missing refunds shall be reported calling our customer care toll free number or by writing to us at enquiry@magaraa.com.
     

  8. Magaraa customers can enjoy the privilege of updating any additional details or missing information pertaining to the order. Also, orders can be changed after making a payment, provided all these changes are made within 24 hours of payment done for your products.
     

  9. If the return request was made due to an erroneous product like wrong product or any mismatch in the design of the ordered item or any manufacturing defects  or any other valid errors, we shall humbly apologize and accept the return. The  refund  for the returned product shall be processed after we confirm the receipt of the returned goods.
     

  10. International deliveries are subject to customs duty and clearance. Magaraa will not be responsible for any delays in shipping due to the customs procedures. Also, refunds may take 10 days to receive the returned item and please allow another 5 business days to process your refund due to international banking and customs policies.
     

  11. Exchange policies at Magaraa are made easy and convenient for our customers. Magaraa does not entertain an exact product exchange instead you may order another product availing a 25% discount offer or 100% of the new product cost shall be waived off on the purchase of another new product. Please note that this policy is applicable for only domestic customers. There is no exchange policy for international customers.
